This weekly class was specially designed to bridge the gap in postpartum recovery for new moms. Each class will help you release tension associated with the repetitive demands of parenting. You will learn how your breath can be a source for reconnecting with your body and rebuilding your core muscles. Classes include tips to help bring the work outside the class and into your home.

If your situation allows, I always recommend taking the time for yourself. If not, babies are always welcome as long as they are not yet crawling or walking.
