Come learn about the things that no one else tells you. Whether you're welcoming your first baby or adding to your family, this workshop is for parents who want to feel genuinely prepared - not just for birth, but for everything that comes after. If you and your partner want real strategies, honest conversations, and a concrete plan for the fourth trimester, this workshop is for you!

Most families spend months preparing for birth and very little time preparing for what comes after. As licensed therapists specializing in perinatal mental health, we know that thoughtful preparation for the postpartum period protects maternal mental health, strengthens relationships, and helps families actually thrive in those early weeks.

Led by Spark Mamas co-founders Amber and Chelsea, this 2-hour interactive workshop blends clinical expertise with practical strategy. No fluff. No judgment. Just real, honest dialogue from therapists and mothers who have spent years supporting new families.

This Workshop Includes

  • Postpartum Planning Workbook so you know exactly how you’ll support each other
  • Practical tools and therapist-informed strategies, not just Instagram advice
  • Live Therapist Q&A so you can ask what you’ve been Googling at 3am
  • Trusted resources! Access support that you didn’t know you need

You’re prepared for birth. Now let’s prepare you for everything that comes after.
