$75.00

recommendation:

Designed for expecting parents who want to feel prepared and aligned as they transition into early life with a newborn. Whether you’re welcoming your first baby or adding to your family, this workshop is for parents who value thoughtful planning, open communication, and proactive mental health support. If you and your partner want to build a realistic plan for those first months postpartum and feel more connected going into this transition, this workshop is for you.

Most families spend months preparing for birth but very little time preparing for what comes after. As licensed marriage and family therapists with decades of experience working with expectant and parenting families, we know that preparing for the postpartum period with thoughtful dialogue about sleep, division of labor, emotional needs, feeding, boundaries and support, not only reduces stress, but protects maternal mental health and wellbeing.

Led by Spark Mamas co-founders, Amber and Chelsea, this 2-hour interactive workshop blends clinical expertise with practical strategy, helping you and your partner align around expectations, roles, and support before exhaustion sets in.

This Workshop Includes

  • Postpartum Planning Workbook

  • Practical tools and therapist-informed strategies

  • Support aligning your family’s goals and values

  • Community connection

  • Live therapist Q&A

  • A curated resource list (a ton of them!)
